Terms & Conditions for Music Player & Secret Vault
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Music Player & Secret Vault, an Android application developed and published by ADA Andart.
Effective date: September 15, 2026
By installing, accessing, or using Music Player & Secret Vault, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Music Player & Secret Vault, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application.
2. Developer
Music Player & Secret Vault is developed and published by ADA Andart.
These Terms apply to the application and its supported features unless separate terms are expressly provided for a particular service.
3. Purpose of the application
Music Player & Secret Vault provides music playback together with private-vault functionality for supported content.
Depending on the application version, device, Android version, region, and feature availability, the application may include:
- music playback;
- media organization;
- private photo storage;
- private video storage;
- Camera Vault;
- supported audio or document storage;
- encrypted local storage;
- optional Google Drive backup and restore;
- advertising-supported functionality;
- other related media and vault features.
4. User content
Users are responsible for the content they import, create, capture, store, restore, export, share, play, or back up using the application.
Users must have the necessary rights or authorization to use content handled through the application.
ADA Andart does not claim ownership of users' private vault files merely because those files are processed by the application.
5. Local vault storage
Private vault content is primarily stored and processed on the user's device.
ADA Andart does not operate proprietary servers intended to centrally store users' private vault photos, videos, audio, documents, or other supported private files.
Users remain responsible for the security and availability of their device and locally stored information.
6. Encryption and security
Current supported vault functionality may use authenticated encryption, including AES-256-GCM, to protect supported local or backup content.
Earlier application versions or legacy content may use different storage, encryption, or key-management architectures.
Security mechanisms are designed to reduce unauthorized access, but no application, encryption system, device, operating system, or security mechanism can be guaranteed to be completely immune from compromise.
7. Legacy compatibility
Music Player & Secret Vault may retain support for local files or cloud backups created by earlier versions of the application.
Legacy compatibility is maintained primarily to reduce the risk that existing users lose access to previously created content.
Legacy formats do not necessarily provide the same protection architecture as current formats.
8. Recovery credentials
Users are responsible for remembering and protecting any vault credentials, recovery password, device credentials, Google account credentials, or other security information required to access their content.
ADA Andart may be unable to recover encrypted content if required passwords, cryptographic keys, recovery information, or other required data are unavailable.
Users should keep recovery credentials in a secure location.
9. Risk of data loss
Local information may be permanently lost or become inaccessible because of circumstances including:
- application uninstallation;
- clearing application data;
- factory reset;
- device loss or theft;
- storage corruption;
- hardware failure;
- operating-system failure;
- forgotten credentials;
- loss of required cryptographic material;
- external modification or corruption of files.
Users should maintain appropriate backups of content they consider important.
10. Google Drive backup
Google Drive backup is an optional feature.
When the user chooses to use supported Google Drive backup functionality, encrypted backup data may be stored in the Google account selected by the user.
Google operates Google authentication and Google Drive infrastructure.
Google services are subject to Google's own terms, policies, account requirements, storage quotas, availability, and technical systems.
11. Backup recovery
Current encrypted backup functionality may require a recovery password or other cryptographic information to restore protected content after application reinstallation, clearing application data, or changing devices.
ADA Andart does not guarantee that encrypted content can be recovered if required recovery credentials or cryptographic material have been lost.
Users are responsible for verifying that important backups and recovery information are available before deleting local application data or changing devices.
12. Camera Vault
Camera Vault allows users to create supported photos or videos intended for private-vault storage.
Users are responsible for using the camera and microphone lawfully and respecting applicable privacy, recording, consent, and other legal requirements.
Users should not use Camera Vault to unlawfully record or interfere with the privacy rights of other people.
13. Music and media
The application may access supported media made available by the user or Android for playback, organization, import, protection, restoration, or other user-requested media operations.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of music, audio, video, images, documents, and other media complies with applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
14. Android permissions
Features may require Android permissions or access to device capabilities such as camera, microphone, photos, videos, audio, files, media, or network connectivity.
Users may manage permissions through Android.
Refusing or disabling access required by a feature may prevent that feature from operating correctly.
15. Advertising
Music Player & Secret Vault may display advertising, including advertising provided or mediated through Yodo1 MAS.
Advertising availability, format, personalization, consent requirements, and other advertising behavior may depend on the user's region, device, privacy choices, and the independent advertising providers involved.
Advertising providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Third-party services
The application may interact with independent third-party services such as:
- Google Play;
- Google authentication services;
- Google Drive;
- Yodo1 MAS;
- advertising networks;
- Android platform services.
ADA Andart does not control the availability, infrastructure, security, policies, or independent processing practices of these third-party services.
17. Acceptable use
Users must not use Music Player & Secret Vault to:
- violate applicable law;
- unlawfully access another person's information;
- store or distribute unlawful content;
- infringe copyright, privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights;
- interfere with, damage, abuse, or disrupt the application or third-party services;
- misuse security functionality for unlawful or abusive purposes.
18. Intellectual property
The application's original software, branding, interface elements, design, and materials provided by ADA Andart are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the application, ADA Andart branding, or ADA Andart intellectual property to the user.
Third-party trademarks, software, libraries, services, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Application updates and changes
ADA Andart may modify, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue application functionality where reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, compatibility, legal compliance, or changes to third-party services.
Application updates may change system requirements, supported formats, user-interface elements, or feature availability.
Where practical, compatibility with existing protected user content may be retained to reduce unnecessary data loss.
20. Service availability
ADA Andart does not guarantee that every application feature or third-party service will be available continuously, permanently, or on every device.
Features may be affected by Android changes, device limitations, network connectivity, Google services, advertising providers, account status, storage availability, or other circumstances outside ADA Andart's reasonable control.
21. No guarantee of file recovery
Although the application may provide restore, backup, recovery, or compatibility functionality, ADA Andart cannot guarantee successful recovery of every file.
Recovery may be impossible when data is corrupted, incomplete, externally modified, deleted, damaged, or when required credentials or cryptographic material are unavailable.
22. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Music Player & Secret Vault is provided on an "as available" basis.
ADA Andart does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Android device, permanent availability of third-party services, or recovery of every deleted, corrupted, damaged, or inaccessible file.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
23. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADA Andart is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the application.
This may include losses associated with device failure, user action, forgotten credentials, storage corruption, third-party service failure, network failure, or circumstances outside ADA Andart's reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
24. Privacy
Use of Music Player & Secret Vault is also governed by its Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how local vault content, encryption, Google Drive, advertising, Android permissions, third-party services, data retention, and related privacy matters are handled.
25. External links and services
The application may contain links to independent websites, advertisements, stores, applications, or services.
ADA Andart is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms of independent third-party destinations.
26. Changes to these Terms
ADA Andart may update these Terms & Conditions when application functionality, security architecture, third-party integrations, legal requirements, or other relevant circumstances change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
