Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Private Vault Calculator, an Android application developed and published by ADA Andart.
Effective date: September 13, 2026
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing features from, or using Private Vault Calculator, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application.
1. Nature of the service
Private Vault Calculator is a utility application that may provide:
- a functional calculator interface;
- private vault functionality;
- support for protected photos and videos;
- support for documents and other supported files;
- private notes;
- contact-related functionality, where available;
- Camera Vault functionality, where available;
- audio recording functionality, where available;
- Intruder Selfie functionality, where available;
- optional Google Drive encrypted backup;
- premium features;
- virtual coins or virtual rewards;
- rewarded advertisements;
- additional customization and privacy features.
Features may vary between application versions, Android versions, devices, countries, or regions.
2. Local storage
Private Vault Calculator is primarily designed around local storage and local processing of supported private vault content.
ADA Andart does not operate a proprietary cloud server that automatically receives and stores copies of users' private vault photos, videos, documents, notes, recordings, contacts, or other vault content.
Local storage depends on the user's device, Android, available storage space, hardware integrity, and operating-system functionality.
3. User responsibility for stored content
Users are responsible for the content they store, import, create, record, hide, protect, export, restore, or otherwise manage using the application.
Users must ensure that their use of the application complies with applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, contractual obligations, and other legal requirements.
Private Vault Calculator is a neutral utility tool. ADA Andart does not routinely review or curate users' private vault content.
4. PINs, passwords, and credentials
Users are responsible for protecting any PIN, recovery password, device credential, Google account, or other authentication information used in connection with the application.
Users should not share sensitive credentials with third parties.
ADA Andart cannot guarantee recovery of vault access if a required PIN, password, cryptographic key, or recovery credential is lost and no supported recovery mechanism is available.
5. Optional Google Drive backup
The application may allow users to create encrypted backups in their own Google Drive account.
Use of cloud backup is optional and requires access to Google services, an eligible Google account, network connectivity, available Google Drive storage, and successful authorization.
Google Drive is operated by Google, not by ADA Andart.
ADA Andart does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Google Drive or other third-party cloud services.
6. V3 backup encryption
Current V3 backup functionality is designed to encrypt supported files locally using AES-256-GCM before encrypted backup data is uploaded to Google Drive.
V3 uses a cryptographically random master key associated with the encrypted vault environment.
A recovery password chosen by the user is used as part of the process that protects access to that master key.
ADA Andart does not intentionally operate a proprietary server storing users' plaintext V3 master keys or recovery passwords.
7. Recovery password and possible permanent data loss
The recovery password used for V3 backup protection is important.
If a user loses the recovery password and no longer has access to the required local cryptographic material, the encrypted backup may become permanently inaccessible.
ADA Andart may be technically unable to recover such encrypted content.
Users are responsible for remembering or securely preserving their recovery password.
8. Legacy backup formats
Earlier versions of Private Vault Calculator may have created backup files using older encryption or backup formats.
The application may maintain compatibility with legacy backup formats to allow existing users to restore previously created files.
Legacy backup formats do not necessarily provide the same security architecture or key-management model as current V3 backups.
Users should use current backup functionality for newly created backups where available.
9. Backup verification and user responsibility
Although the application may perform integrity checks and verification steps, no backup system should be treated as the user's only copy of irreplaceable information without verification.
Users are encouraged to periodically confirm that important backups remain available and restorable.
Users are also responsible for maintaining access to their Google account and ensuring sufficient Google Drive storage capacity.
10. Risk of data loss
Data may be lost or become inaccessible due to circumstances including:
- application uninstallation;
- clearing application data;
- forgotten PINs or passwords;
- lost recovery credentials;
- device loss or theft;
- device factory reset;
- storage corruption;
- hardware failure;
- operating-system failure;
- software defects;
- unsupported device modifications;
- Google account loss;
- Google Drive storage limitations;
- third-party service outages;
- network failures;
- user error.
Users should maintain appropriate backups of important content.
11. Security limitations
Private Vault Calculator includes security mechanisms designed to reduce unauthorized access to supported information.
However, no software, encryption implementation, mobile device, operating system, authentication method, storage platform, network, or cloud provider can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Security may be affected by circumstances including:
- device compromise;
- malware;
- root access;
- operating-system vulnerabilities;
- physical access to an unlocked device;
- weak user passwords;
- stolen credentials;
- third-party service compromise;
- future cryptographic or technological developments.
The application must not be interpreted as a guarantee against every possible form of unauthorized access.
13. Google Play Billing
Purchases, subscriptions, and other paid digital transactions offered through the Android application are processed through Google Play Billing where required.
Google, not ADA Andart, processes users' payment credentials.
Purchases may also be subject to Google's applicable terms, refund rules, subscription policies, account requirements, and billing policies.
14. Subscriptions
If a premium subscription is offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable trial information will be presented through Google Play before purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the user's Google Play account in accordance with Google Play rules.
Removing the application from the device does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play subscription.
15. Virtual coins and virtual items
The application may include virtual coins, points, backgrounds, cosmetic items, or other virtual rewards.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- virtual coins are not real currency;
- virtual coins have no cash value;
- virtual coins cannot be redeemed from ADA Andart for money;
- virtual items do not represent ownership of physical property;
- virtual rewards may depend on application data stored on the device.
Virtual balances or items may be lost after clearing application data, reinstalling the application, changing devices, or due to technical failure unless the relevant feature provides a supported restoration mechanism.
16. Rewarded advertisements
The application may allow users to voluntarily view rewarded advertisements in exchange for eligible virtual benefits.
A reward may depend on confirmation from the advertising provider that the required advertisement event was successfully completed.
ADA Andart cannot guarantee that a rewarded advertisement will always be available.
17. Advertising and Yodo1 MAS
Private Vault Calculator may use Yodo1 MAS and advertising networks participating through its mediation platform.
Advertising content, availability, technical delivery, and certain advertising-related processing are controlled by third-party advertising providers.
ADA Andart does not operate the advertising servers used by Yodo1 or participating advertising networks.
ADA Andart is not responsible for the content, availability, statements, products, or services promoted in individual third-party advertisements, except where required by applicable law.
18. Affiliate links
The application may contain affiliate links.
ADA Andart may receive a commission when a user follows an eligible affiliate link and completes a qualifying action or purchase.
Affiliate relationships do not make ADA Andart responsible for the independent products, services, security, privacy practices, delivery, warranties, or contractual obligations of third parties.
19. Device permissions
Some features require permission to access device capabilities such as files, photos, videos, camera, microphone, or contacts.
The user may deny or revoke Android permissions through system settings, although doing so may cause the corresponding feature to stop functioning.
20. Intruder Selfie
If Intruder Selfie is enabled, the application may use the camera in connection with failed vault-access events according to the feature's implementation and permissions.
The user is responsible for using this functionality in accordance with applicable privacy, surveillance, workplace, employment, and other laws.
21. Camera and audio recording features
Features that capture photographs, video, or audio must be used lawfully.
The user is responsible for obtaining any legally required consent before recording another person or capturing content in circumstances where consent is required.
22. Prohibited use
Users may not use Private Vault Calculator to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual-property rights;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully monitor others;
- store or distribute content when doing so is prohibited by law;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, exploit, or attack third-party services except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise;
- use the application to conduct fraud, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activities.
23. Third-party services
Private Vault Calculator may rely on services operated by third parties, including:
- Google Play;
- Google Play Billing;
- Google authentication services;
- Google Drive;
- Yodo1 MAS;
- advertising providers participating through mediation;
- Android platform services.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, technical rules, availability, and infrastructure.
ADA Andart cannot guarantee continued availability or unchanged behavior of independent third-party services.
24. Application availability
ADA Andart may update, modify, discontinue, replace, restrict, or remove application features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
Features may become unavailable because of changes to Android, Google Play, Google Drive, advertising services, third-party APIs, device compatibility, security requirements, or other technical circumstances.
25. Application updates
Updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility, security, performance, legal compliance, third-party integrations, or other application functionality.
Older versions may eventually become incompatible with current Android or third-party services.
26. Intellectual property
Private Vault Calculator, its original source code, branding, design elements, graphics, documentation, and original application content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of ADA Andart's intellectual property to the user.
Users retain whatever rights they lawfully possess in their own private files and content.
27. Limited license
Subject to these Terms, ADA Andart grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for lawful purposes on compatible devices.
This license does not authorize redistribution, resale, unauthorized modification, impersonation of ADA Andart, or use of the application in violation of applicable law.
28. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation
The application is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ADA Andart does not guarantee that every feature will operate without interruption, delay, incompatibility, defect, data loss, or third-party service failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the user's jurisdiction.
29. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADA Andart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- loss of locally stored data;
- forgotten PINs or recovery passwords;
- device failure;
- device theft;
- storage corruption;
- Google account loss;
- Google Drive failures;
- network outages;
- third-party service interruptions;
- advertising-provider failures;
- unauthorized physical access to a device;
- user misuse of the application.
This section does not limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
30. Legal compliance
Users are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to them and their use of the application.
The fact that a feature is technically available does not mean that every possible use of that feature is legal in every country or circumstance.

Use of Private Vault Calculator is also subject to the application's Privacy Policy.

32. Changes to these Terms
ADA Andart may update these Terms to reflect changes in the application, security architecture, third-party integrations, business practices, platform requirements, or applicable law.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
