Privacy Policy for Music Player & Secret Vault
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Music Player & Secret Vault, an Android application developed and published by ADA Andart.

Important transparency notice: ADA Andart does not operate proprietary servers that receive, store, view, or maintain copies of users' private vault content. Private vault content is primarily processed locally on the user's device. Optional Google Drive backup and independent advertising services communicate with infrastructure operated by those providers.
1. Developer and scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Music Player & Secret Vault, developed and published by ADA Andart.
This Policy describes information handled by the application and explains how independent third-party services may process information when their functionality is used.
This Policy is intended to apply globally. Privacy rights and legal obligations may vary depending on the user's country or region.
2. Nature of the application
Music Player & Secret Vault combines music playback functionality with a private vault designed to organize and protect supported content on the user's device.
Depending on the application version and features used, supported content may include photos, videos, audio, documents, and other supported files.
The application may also provide Camera Vault, local media management, encrypted local storage, optional Google Drive backup and restore functionality, and advertising-supported features.
3. Private vault content stored locally
Private vault content is primarily stored and processed locally on the user's device.
ADA Andart does not operate a proprietary remote server containing copies of users' private vault photos, videos, audio, documents, or other vault files.
ADA Andart does not routinely receive, view, monitor, inspect, or manually review users' private vault content.
4. Local protection and encryption
Current supported local vault content may be protected using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption.
Cryptographic protection and storage behavior may differ depending on the content type, application version, Android version, and whether the content was created by a current or earlier version of the application.
Device-level security also depends on Android, the user's device security configuration, hardware capabilities, operating-system integrity, and other factors outside ADA Andart's control.
No application, encryption system, device, or security mechanism can be guaranteed to be completely immune from compromise.
5. Legacy local content compatibility
Earlier versions of Music Player & Secret Vault may have stored supported vault content using previous local storage formats.
The application may retain compatibility with legacy content so that existing users can continue to access files created by earlier application versions.
Legacy content does not necessarily use the same encryption or key-management architecture as current encrypted local content.
6. Camera Vault
When the user chooses Camera Vault, the application may use the device camera to capture photos or videos intended for storage in the private vault.
When video recording includes audio, microphone access may also be required.
Camera Vault content is intended to be processed locally by the application unless the user explicitly uses a separate feature that transfers, restores, exports, shares, or backs up that content.
ADA Andart does not operate a proprietary server to which Camera Vault photos or videos are automatically uploaded.
7. Music and media access
The music-player functionality may access audio and other media made available by the user or Android in order to discover, display, organize, and play supported content.
Media access may also be used when the user explicitly imports supported content into the private vault or restores content from the vault.
8. Optional Google Drive backup
Music Player & Secret Vault may provide an optional Google Drive backup feature.
When supported encrypted backup functionality is used, supported backup content is encrypted locally on the user's device before encrypted backup data is transmitted to the user's Google Drive account.
Google operates the authentication, account, storage, and Google Drive infrastructure.
Google Drive backup is not required to use the application's basic local vault functionality.
9. Encrypted backups and recovery
Current encrypted backup formats use technical mechanisms designed to protect supported backup content, including AES-256-GCM encryption and cryptographically generated key material.
A recovery password may be used to protect cryptographic material required to recover the encrypted backup environment after reinstalling the application, clearing application data, or changing devices.
The recovery password is not intentionally uploaded to ADA Andart in plaintext.
ADA Andart does not operate a proprietary password-recovery server capable of revealing a forgotten recovery password.
Users are responsible for remembering and protecting their recovery password. Loss of required recovery information may make encrypted backup content inaccessible.
10. Legacy Google Drive backup compatibility
Earlier versions of the application may have created Google Drive backups using previous encryption formats.
Compatibility with legacy backup formats may be retained to reduce the risk that existing users lose access to previously created backups.
Legacy backups do not necessarily use the same encryption or key-management architecture as current encrypted backups.
11. Google authentication and Google Drive access
If the user chooses to connect Google Drive, the application uses Google authentication and Google Drive APIs to perform requested backup and restore operations.
The application may receive authorization credentials or access tokens required to communicate with Google services. ADA Andart does not receive the user's Google account password.
Google operates the authentication, account, storage, and Drive infrastructure.

12. Android permissions and device access
Depending on the feature selected by the user and the Android version, the application may request access to device capabilities such as:
- Photos, videos, audio, files, or storage: used to discover, play, import, protect, restore, export, or manage supported media and vault content.
- Camera: used for Camera Vault and other camera-based functionality where available.
- Microphone: used when functionality selected by the user requires recording audio or video with audio.
- Internet access: required for advertising, Google authentication, Google Drive, and other online functionality.
Android controls whether requested permissions or media access are granted. The exact access mechanisms may change as Android platform requirements evolve.
13. Advertising and Yodo1 MAS
Music Player & Secret Vault may use Yodo1 MAS for advertising and advertising mediation.
Depending on the application version, region, consent status, and advertising availability, the application may display formats such as banner advertisements, interstitial advertisements, rewarded advertisements, or other supported advertising formats.
ADA Andart does not operate Yodo1's advertising servers or the servers of advertising networks participating through Yodo1 MAS.
14. Information advertising services may process
Yodo1 and participating advertising providers may process technical, advertising, diagnostic, security, or consent information depending on the user's device, region, privacy choices, SDK configuration, and applicable law.
Such information may include, where applicable:
- device information;
- operating-system information;
- application information;
- language and region information;
- IP address;
- network information;
- approximate location inferred from network information;
- advertising identifiers where permitted by the platform and applicable law;
- advertising impressions and interactions;
- diagnostic and performance information;
- anti-fraud information;
- consent and privacy-related signals.
This list does not mean that every category is processed for every user.
15. Yodo1 privacy practices
Yodo1 MAS and advertising providers participating through its mediation platform operate independently from ADA Andart.
Their processing practices may be governed by their own privacy policies, consent systems, regional requirements, and technical configurations.

16. Third-party services
Depending on the application version and features used, third-party services may include:
- Google Play;
- Google authentication services;
- Google Drive;
- Yodo1 MAS;
- advertising networks participating through advertising mediation;
- Android platform services required for application operation.
These independent providers may operate their own servers and process information according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.
17. Sharing and disclosure
ADA Andart does not operate a proprietary database of users' private vault files for the purpose of selling users' private photos, videos, audio, documents, or other vault content.
Information may nevertheless be transmitted directly from the application or device to independent providers where required to provide functionality selected by the user, such as Google Drive backup or advertising.
Information may also be disclosed where required by valid applicable law, legal process, court order, or regulatory obligation, to the extent that ADA Andart actually possesses or controls the requested information.
18. Data retention
Locally stored vault content generally remains on the user's device until the user removes or restores it, clears application data, uninstalls the application, or it is otherwise removed by Android or the device.
Encrypted backups stored in Google Drive may remain there until removed by the user, removed through supported application functionality at the user's request, or handled by Google according to its systems and policies.
Information processed independently by Google, Yodo1, or participating advertising providers is retained according to the relevant provider's policies and legal obligations.
19. Deleting data
Users may remove local vault content through supported application functionality.
Clearing application data or uninstalling the application may permanently remove locally stored information and cryptographic material.
Users should create and verify appropriate backups before deleting local application data if they wish to retain access to supported content.
Google Drive backups can also be managed through the user's Google account and Google Drive.
20. Data loss and user responsibility
Local information may become unavailable due to circumstances such as:
- application uninstallation;
- clearing application data;
- device loss or theft;
- factory reset;
- storage corruption;
- hardware failure;
- operating-system errors;
- forgotten credentials;
- unsupported modifications to the device.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of content they consider important and for protecting recovery credentials.
21. Security
ADA Andart uses technical measures intended to reduce unauthorized access to supported information under the application's control.
Current supported vault and backup functionality may use authenticated encryption designed to protect supported content.
No application, encryption system, device, operating system, cloud provider, network, or security mechanism can be guaranteed to be completely immune from compromise, data loss, software defects, attacks, or future technological developments.
Users should protect their device, Google account, vault credentials, recovery password, and other security credentials.
22. International processing
Google, Yodo1, and participating advertising providers may operate infrastructure in multiple countries.
Information processed through those services may therefore be transmitted to or processed in countries other than the user's country of residence.
Such processing is governed by the relevant provider's policies, safeguards, and applicable legal requirements.
23. Privacy rights
Depending on the user's country or region, applicable privacy law may provide rights concerning personal information.
Such rights may include, where applicable:
- access;
- correction;
- deletion;
- restriction;
- objection;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent;
- rights concerning certain forms of targeted advertising or data sharing.
These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions of applicable law.
Because ADA Andart does not operate proprietary servers containing users' private vault files, ADA Andart may not possess private vault content that can be retrieved in response to a server-side access request.
24. Children and age-related protections
Music Player & Secret Vault should be used consistently with its applicable Google Play age rating, parental controls, and local law.
Advertising providers may apply age-related restrictions, consent mechanisms, or limited advertising depending on jurisdiction, user choices, SDK configuration, and applicable requirements.
25. External links
The application may contain links to websites, stores, advertisements, applications, or other services not operated by ADA Andart.
Independent destinations are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. ADA Andart does not control their privacy, security, content, or data-handling practices.
26. Changes to this Privacy Policy
ADA Andart may update this Privacy Policy when application functionality, encryption architecture, Google integration, advertising integration, legal requirements, or data practices change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
